Hi Vickie and thanks for taking the time to ask us your question! Most of our cereals are vegan, including Leapin Lemurs Cereal. Hi Rika and thanks for your comments. I too love Leapin Lemurs Cereal! It is my ultimate favorite breakfast cereal or sometimes I just grab a handful from the box when I’m in a hurry. But you’re right, we currently don’t offer this cereal in an ECO PAC however I’ll tell the brand manager of your suggestion (because you can never get enough Leapin Lemurs now can you?!) Since you like this, have you tried our Lemur Peanut Choco Drizzle Crispy Rice Bars? They are also AMAZING. Grab a box if you see them, you’ll be hooked! All the best, Justine, Nature’s Path Team.

Hello. We have two boys and have some issues. We switched to the Feingold diet. Fortunately, leaping lemurs are on the approved list. My boys love it and we are very thankful. Where is the best place to purchase this product? We are going to be buying it a lot, so I want to find the best price. Thanks.

I have tried several of the EnviroKidz cereals, but the Leapin Lemurs is by far my favorite, especially swimming in dark chocolate almond milk - yum! Having to give up yet another thing from my diet does not make for a happy camper. Thx for making something that takes the sting out of being forced to go gluten-free… at age 50. I’ll take my little pleasures where I can get them!

My household has recently converted to gluten free products. This has been a most difficult transition. My three children are so happy that I discovered Nature’s Path Organic products. I love your Pumkin flax cereal. Is this cereal gluten free? It does not contain wheat in the ingredients, but the fine print says that it may contain wheat. I would like to know what is “natural Flavor” as it is listed as an ingredient for many products?
Hi there Attila and thanks
Submitted by Jamie on August 17, 2011 - 15:28.
Hi there Attila and thanks for getting in touch with us. We’re so glad you’ve found our EnviroKidz products for your kids. We have many gluten free products and you can view the whole list here: http://www.naturespath.com/eat-well/gluten-free-celiac-diet. Our Pumpkin Flax Granola is not gluten free because it contains oats. There is a possibility of the oats being cross contaminated with a gluten containing grain in the field or during the milling process, therefore, it’s not gluten free. We want to ensure our products are labeled with “may contain” in case a consumer has a life threatening allergy. Our natural flavors are all plant, fruit or spice based, but we can’t divulge the exact make up because it is considered proprietary information. I hope this helps Attila and please continue to enjoy our amazing and tasty gluten free products. All the best, Jamie, Nature’s Path Team

Dear Makers of Leapin Lemurs,

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us. We’re so glad that you like this cereal and are interested in finding out more. We don’t have the exact breakdown of the natural flavor because it is considered proprietary information by the supplier, we can confirm however, that it is fruit, spice or plant based. Nature’s Path is an organic company which means our products don’t contain artificial preservatives, additives or genetically modified organisms so you rest assured knowing that you have an organic product. Thanks so much for taking the time to post on our site. All of our products that don’t contain soy (as stated on the ingredient label) are theoretically soy free. However, there could be the remote chance of cross contamination in the facility where they were made. If you would like your 3 yr. old to try one of our cereals, but your child also has a life-threatening allergy to soy, we suggest taking the Nutrition Facts and ingredient list to your medical practitioner first. If you are just looking to avoid soy from your diet, then we have plenty of products. Try our Original Organic Hot Oatmeal and add organic nuts and berries. We also have Gorilla Munch, Koala Crisp, Whole O’s and plenty more. For a complete listing, please email cereal@naturespath.com. All the best, Jamie, Nature’s Path Team

Hello there and thanks for your feedback. I will forward your comment to our product development team. For a listing of our ECO-PACs please click here http://www.naturespath.com/products/eco%20pacs?tid=93&brand=All&nutri=All. We currently use post consumer recycled cardboard and our boxes are compostable/recyclable. Our bag liners are recyclable, however, we’re also looking at ways to make them compostable. We know there’s always room for improvement and we’ll contiue to research new packaging. All the best, Jamie, Nature’s Path Team
