Hi E, thanks for being a health conscious consumer. Arsenic is a naturally occurring element that is present in water, air and soil; as a result it’s in all food products, both organic and conventional. At this time there are no current regulated standards for arsenic levels in food but rest assured we firmly believe that we are providing you with the highest quality organic food held to the strictest standards in today’s environment. I am plauged by a multitude of allergies and Celiac disease. I too would love to see this product and your other puffed alternative grains made gluten free. I am aware that you make several gluten free options, but most unfortunately they are all made in facilities that also handle soy. Which for me is a deadly poison, I am violently allergic to all soy including oil and lecithin (which i have been told is supposedly safe even if you are allergic. Does your company make any products that are both soy and gluten free?

Hi Ms. Missy and thanks so much for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, we don’t have a soy free facility which is something that you’re looking for since you have a life threatening allergy to soy. We wouldn’t want to recommend any of our products in this case. We suggest going to you medical practitioner who will best determine if a certain Nature’s Path product can be introduced to your diet. I second this statement in encouraging you to eventually certify this product as gluten free. I’m on a gluten free diet and of all your cereals, this is the tastiest and most cost-effective. I was disappointed when I noticed the note about this cereal being produced in the same facility as wheat products. Looking forward to being able to enjoy this cereal once again!
