The problem with ordering

The problem with ordering them on line is you have to purchase 12 boxes. My 2 yr old grandson is allergic to so many things and these pop tarts he loves. I live in North Olmsted, OH and Marc’s used to carry them but I’m having a really hard time finding them. I only have two left so please I need some help.

Hi there and thanks for reaching out to us! We’re so glad to hear you and your grandson love our toaster pastries. If your store no longer carries these, you can always place a special order request. I would suggest contacting Nicolette, Consumer Services, using our contact form here: http://www.naturespath.com/contact-us and she’d be happy to help you find them nearest to you. I was wondering if the toaster pastries could be frozen to be kept fresh longer? I bought some in bulk and would like to keep them fresh for as long as possible.
Thank you!

Hi Elaina! Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us. We don’t test our products in this way, so we can’t guarantee that they will be kept fresh longer once thawed. To preserve freshness, be sure to store your toaster pastries in a cool dark and dry area. With organic products it’s important to regularly check their best before dates and since Nature’s Path foods don’t contain artificial preservatives our products may have a shorter shelf life then non-organic foods. Most organic cereals have about a 1 - 2 month life once they have been opened and exposed to air. All the best Elaina! Jamie, Nature’s Path Team

My kids love the toaster pastries, we recently discovered that my daughter is allergic to cashews, are the pastries safe for her to eat?
Thank you for your question.

Thank you for your question. The facility where our Toaster Pastries are made does not produce products containing cashews. Please email Nicolette at Consumer Services consumerservices@naturespath.com to let her know whether your daughter is only allergic to cashews or is she allergic to all tree nuts and Nicolette let you know which of our products are suitable for your daughter’s consumption. Shameful to hear that the president of this company made enough money from processed food to be able to buy a lot that was reported in the news, was worth $5 million dollars {Geeeeeeezus, I hope the workers pumping out this processed food have been making good, decent money! } and then was so arrogant and hypocritical as to cut a stand of trees down.
Shameful, shameful, shameful. Give up your bs excuse that some of the trees were in ill health, and you were going to plant an orchard for your grand daughter or whomever. Let’s not compound the problem here, ok? Because the truth is, you didn’t go through the proper procedures. You just didn’t walk the walk, and you were caught. And now everybody knows who you are, and what kind of person you are. Was it worth it?

Dear Hannah,
I am deeply sorry for this mistake and I hope you understand that no harm was meant. In my enthusiasm to clear the decaying trees and bramble to make way for an organic garden, I did not receive the proper permitting. I am working hard to make amends, paying the fines owed and planting three times as many trees as were removed from the property. I hope we can earn your trust back in time. As someone who grew up on a farm, I follow my father’s motto, which is “to leave the Earth better than you found it.” This will continue to guide me, both personally and professionally.

Hi Perry and thanks for reaching out to us. I’d advise you store these in a container once openning and be sure to eat them within 1-2 days as there aren’t any artificial preservatives in them. That being said, this is mostly recommended due to preserving flavor and texture experience. Take care, Justine, Nature’s Path Team

Did you discontinue UNFROSTED Brown Sugar Maple toaster pastries? I’ve been getting cases from amazon for years. They appear to be gone from WorldPantry too. I’m sad now.

Hi Wayne and thanks for reaching out to us. Yes, the Unfrosted Brown Sugar Maple Cinnamon were discontinued as they weren’t very popular. The only unfrosted toaster pastries we offer are Strawberry, Blueberry and Apple Cinnamon. All the best, Justine, Nature’s Path Team

My employer buys at least 4 boxes of these toaster pastries every week as snacks for my coworkers. I am obsessed with them. My only complaint is that the flavor is not written on the wrapper. Our CEO demands the pastries not be displayed in their boxes, but rather arranged attractively in a basket on our snack table. It would make selection much easier if the flavor was discernable prior to opening each wrapper. Other than that, LOVE THESE!

Hi there! So glad to hear we’re your snack of choice at work! I just opened a box myself and checked— there should be the flavor listed on the back in small black print. Take care, Justine, Nature’s Path Team

From my understanding, the last box i had. They do print on the silver wrapper what type of toaster pastry is inside it. Just look a little harder and you should see it somewhere.
