Ancient Grains Granola-Banana Smoothie

Here’s a great way to use very ripe bananas. Peel and cut them into chunks, then store in the
freezer for that moment when you have a yen for a healthy, wholegrain smoothie.
  

At Nature’s Path® we recommend you use organic ingredients whenever possible.

Makes 1 generous cup

Ingredients: 

  • 2/3 cup apple juice, plus more if needed
  • 1 Ripe Banana, cut into chunks and frozen
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Ancient Grains Granola*
  • 2 Ice Cubes

Directions: 

  1. Pour juice into blender.
  2. Add frozen banana chunks, raspberries, Ancient Grains Granola*, and ice cubes.
  3. Blend well, about 20 seconds. If mixture is too thick, blend in more apple juice.
  4. Pour into glass and enjoy.
