Ingredients:

  • Butter or vegetable oil for greasing pan
  • 1 bag (11.5 oz) Nature’s Path Love Crunch - Dark Chocolate & Red Berries
  • 4 large bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 4 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 c. pecan halves
  • 2 1/2 cup whole milk

Directions:

  1. Place rack in center and preheat oven to 375F. Butter bottom and sides of an 8- or 9-inch square baking pan.
  2. Distribute 2 cups Love Crunch on bottom of pan. Place about half the bananas slices in a single layer on top. Sprinkle cornstarch, 2 tbs. brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt on bananas. Distribute all of cranberries and half the pecans on top.
  3. Add an even layer of remaining Love Crunch and arrange remaining bananas and pecans on top. Pour in milk, taking care to distribute it evenly.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove foil and sprinkle remaining brown sugar on top. Continue baking until top is browned and milk has all been absorbed, about 20 minutes longer.
  6. Cool to room temperature on a rack.
  7. Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, at least 1 hour or overnight. Slice into 9 squares and serve chilled or at room temperature. Refrigerate any leftover for up to 5 days.
