Ingredients:
- Butter or vegetable oil for greasing pan
- 1 bag (11.5 oz) Nature’s Path Love Crunch - Dark Chocolate & Red Berries
- 4 large bananas, peeled and sliced
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 4 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- Pinch salt
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 c. pecan halves
- 2 1/2 cup whole milk
Directions:
- Place rack in center and preheat oven to 375F. Butter bottom and sides of an 8- or 9-inch square baking pan.
- Distribute 2 cups Love Crunch on bottom of pan. Place about half the bananas slices in a single layer on top. Sprinkle cornstarch, 2 tbs. brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt on bananas. Distribute all of cranberries and half the pecans on top.
- Add an even layer of remaining Love Crunch and arrange remaining bananas and pecans on top. Pour in milk, taking care to distribute it evenly.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and sprinkle remaining brown sugar on top. Continue baking until top is browned and milk has all been absorbed, about 20 minutes longer.
- Cool to room temperature on a rack.
- Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, at least 1 hour or overnight. Slice into 9 squares and serve chilled or at room temperature. Refrigerate any leftover for up to 5 days.
